Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. It is highly recommended that you eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid sickness during the dune bashing.. We highly recommend having international travel insurance, as self-driving activities carry inherent risks that may lead to serious injury. Coverage for such incidents is typically provided only through your personal insurance.. The quad biking segment is solely the participant's responsibility. Any damage, injuries sustained or items lost during the quad tour are not covered by insurance . All desert safari drivers are well trained and licensed for safari drives. The 4WD vehicles are fully insured and well equipped with all necessary safety features, such as roll bars, seat belts, government trackers, GPS, GMS, and a First Aid box. OceanAir Travels shall not be responsible for any kind of loss, accident, sickness or injury. . Please wear sports shoes for safe sand boarding.. Casual, loose fitting clothing is recommended in the summer, along with a jacket in the winter. Please note that if your skin is sensitive to henna, it is advised not to do it.. Entertainment activities:- As per UAE law during the holy month of Ramadan and other religious holidays you can watch Tanoura and Fire shows only in our desert camps (Al Khayma) as there will be some restrictions for Ladies Khaliji Dance.. The 11:30 AM Timing slot comes with a Lunch buffet, and it doesn't include the Star Gazing & Fire show since it's during the day timing. Pickup will be within 45min prior to your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time.. Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.. Everything listed in the Inclusions is part of the tour and is covered in the price. Quad biking is available if the option is selected.. By UAE law, pregnant ladies, anyone with back or neck pain, heart problems or other serious medical complaints and infants (under 3 years old) are not allowed during the dune bashing activity. (If these conditions apply to you, you can wait at the meeting point until others complete the adventure activities.)
