What To Expect

The day begins by setting a course for the city of San Salvador de Jujuy. Through access Yala, the ascent and visit of the famous ravine begins. Progressively vegetation will disappear to make way for the landscape of the Quebrada defined by peculiar stratifications that they recreate the view for their colors and shapes. The Andean world also appears in its wide culture. In the town of Purmamarca a stop is made, which includes a walk through the town and its attractions. Then we continue our excursion via RN 52. Once the tour begins the traveler meets the impressive Cuesta de Lipán. This slope leads us through a Impressive curves path up to 4174 m in Abra de los Morados. Once this milestone has been reached, Cuesta de Potrerillos on its descent allows you to discover contrasting reds and yellows belonging to ancient geological formations. Ronqui Angosto, a desert pass, introduces the route to the majesty of the Andean desert: Puna.
