No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Not wheelchair accessible. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Most travelers can participate. IMPORTANT: Passport name, number, nationality, language and date of birth are required at time of booking for all participants. Minimum required age for this tour is 13 years. If you are travelling with teens between 13 and 16 years old, please don´t forget to bring their ID with you. It will be required prior to boarding. If you have a flight after our tour please let us know in advance. You may need to take a taxi or book a private transfer to make sure you'll make it in time. Due to COVID 19, entrance fees need to be booked online. We will provide you with more information at the time of booking. Boat ride may be affected by too low or too high river level (may occur about twice a year). In this case you may be offered an alternative sail or given a partial refund.. Proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination is required to enter de park (Health Passport or Vaccination Card). You can take the vaccination card you were given in your country.. Pick-up time is subject to change. The boat to the falls can seat up to roughly 45 passengers. Due to natural causes, the Devil's Throat walkways were damaged and the National Park is in the process of repairing this section. For this reason, this Devil's Throat circuit (and the train ride to access it) remains closed until further notice.. The Boat Ride company’s staff members reserve the right to determine your aptitude to access the attraction and may refuse you access to it. Say hueque is exempt from any responsibility pertaining to this point.. No Osteoporosis. No people who have or have had spinal or similar problems (you may not be allowed to go on the boat adventure if you have visible back scars). No heart history or neurological disorders. No chronic lung diseases. No physical, cognitive and/or sensory disabilities who cannot respond to an eventual emergency. Not allowed for pregnant travelers. This experience requires good weather.
