Big Circuit, Bariloche - Full day

This trip goes along the Limay River from Bariloche. First stop is the Gate or Anfiteatro (a natural formation resembling a Roman amphitheater).  A few miles further is the majestic scenery of the enchanted valley with strange rock formations.

Taking a road that deviates to the west one enters an area of transition between the stepp and the mountain rain forest. This borders the Cuyin Manzano, Traful and Minero Rivers until arriving at Lago Traful and the Traful Mirador. This has a stunning panoramic view of the lake from a rocky cliff 250 feet over the water. The road then winds around the lake and through the picturesque village of Traful noted for its great salmon and trout fishing and camping in the surrounding area.

The journey continues on the road of seven lakes through the Puerto Arrayan Portezuelo and to the beautiful village of La Angostura. From there the trip completes the circuit back to Bariloche.
