This One Way Ticket: Calafate to Chalten or Chalten to Calafate Please inform the name of the hotel for pick up and hotel for the drop off. The distance from Calafate to Chalten is 220 kms / 138 miles, a 3-hour ride. The transfer Calafate-Chalten includes a stop midway at La Leona coffee place. The transfer Chalten-El Calafate is non stop. Pick up hours from Oct to Mar: Calafate to Chalten 7.30 am Chalten to Calafate 5 pm
