Know in advance:
- Exchange your voucher for the official ticket at the ticket counter of the Universalmuseum Joanneum located inside the Kunsthaus, Styrian Armory (Landeszeughaus), Natural History Museum or Neue Galerie Graz
- Children and Youths (age 0-18) can enter the museums for free - free tickets are issued at the museum's ticket counter
- Your ticket will be activated when it's used for the first time and is then valid for 24 hours
- Museum hours/days of operation are subject to changes, please check the opening hours on the museum website before your visit
- Guided tours in the individual museums or audio guides can be purchased at the ticket counter(s) for 3 € each
