* Guided tours of the museum are not included but can be purchased at the ticket counter for € 3 per person till 31 December, and €3 from 1 January 2024\. Audio guides are also available
Know in advance:
* Please note, that from 1 to 24 December 2023 and from 1 January to 31 March 2024, the armory is only accessible with the guided tour (not included in the ticket price). During the rest of the year, you can access the armoury just with the purchased entrance ticket
* Guided tours are available at 12\.30 pm in English, 11\.00 am and 2\.00 pm in German
* Guided tours are approximately 1\-hour
* Maximum of 25 persons per guided tour
* Audioguides are offered in English, German and Italian, there is also a media guide in Austrian sign language
* Children and Youths (age 0\-18\) can enter the museums for free \- free tickets are issued at the museum's ticket counter
* Opening hours:
* 1 December to 31 March, Tuesdays to Sundays from 11\.00 am to 12\.00 pm and 2\.00 pm to 3\.00 pm
* 1 April to 30 October, Tuesdays to Sundays from 10\.00 am to 6\.00 pm
