Know in advance:
* Note admission to the staterooms is only allowed as part of a guided tour - this is included in the price of your ticket. Upon arrival, book your guided tour time at the ticket counter
* Guided tours are available in English and German hourly from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm. From 1 May to 30 September there is an additional guided tour at 5.00 pm
* Guided tours (of the staterooms) are approximately 50 minutes. Maximum of 25 persons per guided tour
* Audioguides are available for the Archeology Museum in German and English, there is also a media guide in Austrian sign language. Audioguides can be purchased at the ticket counter for an additional 3 € each
* Children and Youths (age 0-18) can enter the museums for free - free tickets are issued at the museum's ticket counter
* Palace Park and Gardens opening hours: 15 March to 31 October, from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm; 1 November to 14 March, from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
* Old Gallery, Museum of Archaeology and Coin Cabinet opening hours: 1 April to 30 October, from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
