- The local operator will pick you up from the hotels in the Ayers Rock Resort. Pick-ups for Emu Walk Apartments will be at Desert Gardens Hotel. Pick-ups for The Lost Camel will be at Sails in the Desert. Let the partner know your preferred pickup point using their contact you'll find on the voucher after booking
- All guests must be able to enter and exit the airplane without assistance from one of our staff members. This includes in the rare event of an emergency
- Your flight will begin approximately 20–30 minutes after your pickup
- The tour will take approximately 1 hour 15 minutes to complete from pickup to drop off
- Please ensure you have advised the local operator of your correct weight due to safety reasons of the flight using their contacts you'll find on the voucher
