I live in Southbank where the soul of Melbourne resides. Food is a dominant constant in this part of Melbourne. Numerous cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and markets around here lend me inspiration to bring together health, taste, texture, color and presentation to make cooking and eating a soulful experience.
Embark on the journey of eating healthy and tasty with me. Detox your body with clean vegetarian food that is sourced from our beloved vendors at Queen Victoria & South Melbourne Markets.
During this class we will prepare a three course meal together as a team. Focus will be on cooking strategies that maximise health and taste and minimise time and effort. You will also learn tips and tricks about grocery shopping, food storage, sustainable in kitchen, plating and food presentation.
