Master Chocolatier, Nadia Haskell, carefully creates each bon bon exclusively for Passel Estate, finding the right spices, textural elements and flavours to complement each accompanying wine.
Her delicate creations are not the typical chocolates and are available only at our Tasting Room as part of our guided Wine & Food pairing experience.
