Important info
Not wheelchair accessible. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. Not recommended for persons over 285 lbs. Sneakers (fully enclosed shoes) are required.. No skirts or dresses allowed on the Zipline. Participants are not allowed to take any items such as cameras, cell phones, handbags- anything which would prevent them from having both hands free.. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 24 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking

We DO NOT collect from the Cruise Terminal. Transportation provided from hotels and air bnb's is a shuttle. The hotel pickup time will vary based on distance. Our reservations or transportation logistics team will reach out to the guest to advise on their specific hotel pickup time. Please make sure to check your email for this information. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
All AirBnB, guest house or villa pickups will be done from a central meeting point and not at the exact house location. The Transportation team will confirm with you what your nearest central location for collection would be.
Should guest(s) not require transportation, they can head directly to the Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park for the specified arrival time.
