You will get to taste a mix of traditional as well as more modern Bulgarian pastries, dishes and beverages. This is all woven together with our history and it’s impact on our cuisine.
The focus is on the food with a mix of sightseeing. The goal for the tour is to remind you of the flavours and aromas that once dominated the morning streets of the city. With the addition of the gradual modern new tastes trends that are popping everyday.
Some of the sights on the way include : Alexander Nefski , National assembly, Russian Church, statue King Liberator, St. Seven Saints, Opera House, Sofia’s theatre district, St. Sofia Church, Central flee Market, and a lot more. We will make our way though the the most artistic street in the city and taste the famous Banitza, Ayran combination. We will hop over to one of the most successful vegetarian/ vegan spots to try some of the modern trends in healthy ways to start the day.
Finally ending with a nice traditional surprise.
