TRANSFER GENERAL INFORMATION REGULAR Transfer – Arraial do Cabo to Galeão and Santos Dumont Airports: It is a transfer shared with other passengers. Our passengers are attended at the reception of their hotel or inn by our receptionists. We are not responsible for wrong information. The times informed are forecasts. Delays may occur due to force majeure issues. Upon arrival in the city of São Pedro da Aldeia, there will be a change of vehicle for a larger one, since several streets in the city of Arraial do Cabo do not offer access to tourist buses. The departure times for the airports are fixed, we recommend that you choose a time that leaves before 7 hours of your flight schedule. We have 5 daily departures from Arraial do Cabo to Galeão and Santos Dumont Airports: 5 daily departures from Cabo Frio x GIG and SDU Departure 01:00h / 02:00h - For flights from 06:00 and 09:59 Departure 03:00h / 04:00h - For flights from 10:00 am and 1:59 pm Departure 06:00h / 07:00h - For flights from 14:00 and 16:59 Departure 09:00h / 10:00h - For flights from 17:00 and 20:59 Departure 13:00h / 14:00h - For flights from 21:00 The transfer can be via Búzios, depending on the itinerary of the day of the trip. REGULAR Transfer – From Arraial do Cabo to Rio de Janeiro Hotels (Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon and Leme): The pick-up time from hotels and inns in Arraial do Cabo to hotels in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro (Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon and Leme) is scheduled between 7:00 and 8:00. The exact time is defined only on the eve of the trip and will be informed by email to your accommodation or to the contact telephone number provided on the reservation. The transfer can be via Búzios, depending on the itinerary of the day of the trip. If you do not receive the schedule by 20:00 on the day before your trip, please contact us. TIME OF TRAVEL: The travel time in the shared transfer is approximately from 4:30 am to 6:00 am, there will be a 30-minute ride in the city of Rio Bonito at the Graal Restaurant. Remember that the shared transfer will be taking other tourists who will be staying in various inns and hotels and the pick-up will be made according to the best logistics. Heads up: If there is a mismatch at the airport, we ask that you contact us immediately. By not showing up at the reception of your hotel or inn informed in the reservation, the passenger(s) will lose the right to the transfer regardless of the reason.
