What To Expect

Morro do Telégrafo is quite large and there are several interesting points for photography. Don't worry that our guide to Pedra do Telégrafo is trained in photography and knows the best angles for the best photos. And remember: mountain is a place for contemplation and introspection.

During the tour of Pedra do Telégrafo, we have an exuberant view of Praia do Perigoso, Praia do Meio and Grumari, the “Circuito das Praias Selvagens”. The contact with nature brings us a feeling of freedom and peace that we only find in places like the region of wild beaches. It is also possible to see Pontal do Recreio, Barra da Tijuca, Pedra da Gávea and the entire Restinga do Marambaia (one of the largest beaches on our coast).

Infants must sit on laps. Not wheelchair accessible. Most travelers can participate. The tour is not private, but shared, and the guide will speak in English, Spanish and Portuguese. We are not responsible for items lost on our buses or vans.. Pick-ups in Barra da Tijuca and Recreio are not included.. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers.
