Holambra located 120 km far from São Paulo is considered the largest producer of flowers and plants in Latin America, accounting for about 45% of national production. With lots of greenery and typical buildings, the city reveals in small details, part of its history, traditions and culture. Its formation started from the Dutch immigration that at the end of the 40's began to arrive at the old Ribeirão Farm. Its name reflects the union of two peoples and two cultures, a mixture of Holland (HOL), America (AM) and Brazil (BRA).
