- As of September 1, Parks Canada is reopening the Bow Valley Parkway to private vehicles. Your guide will restrict bicycle travel to the roadway shoulder with single file riding. The traffic speed limit is 60km/h on this roadway, with low traffic volumes and minimal commercial traffic
