Your adventure begins at Harbour Air's downtown Vancouver terminal, located in Coal Harbour, just steps from Canada Place, the Vancouver Convention Centre, and Jack Poole Plaza, the iconic home of the Olympic cauldron from the 2010 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games. The terminal is housed within the Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre. Check-in 40 minutes prior to departure. The terminal is located at: Unit #1 Burrard Landing.

Accessibility:
* A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by passengers to get from the terminal to the aircraft. However, passengers must be able to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance
Know in advance:
* All guests aged 18 and over must present either one piece of valid government-issued photo identification or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photo
* You must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time and complete check-in at least 20 minutes before departure
* Guests who haven't checked in before the cut-off time won't be able to board their scheduled flight and won't receive a refund
