What To Expect
We will visit the National Indigenous Residential School Museum of Canada located on Long Plains First Nation Manitoba. The museum is a "a place where people can learn, share, heal and move forward with a greater understanding of the forces that shaped and forever changed multiple generations of First Nations People".
The Indigenous Residential School Tour meets in front of the Forks Market in what is known today as Winnipeg. Winnipeg in the Cree Language means "Muddy Waters ".

Not wheelchair accessible. Most travelers can participate. Admission to the museum, bottle of water and tour guides included in ticket price.. Travel time is approx. 1 hour 15 minutes each way with 1hr 15 minutes at the museum.. This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
