What To Expect
First stop, Pikliz and their succulent entrées,
Second stop, we will have a cocktail or mocktail, either Tropikal or Pikliz.
On the third stop, we will Go to Palme Restaurant, a Bahamian-Haitian-owned restaurant. The chef and his wife, a long-time friend of mine since High school, devoted their lives and careers to finding new recipes and making redesigning street Caribbean food.
