What To Expect
Nyiragongo is giving a treat to every visitor that climbs her. The lava lake is at the highest it has been for years and now is overflowing its cone with the fissure growing daily with an occasional spew of lava. As you sit and watch the lava flow over the edge, it gives you a sense of what it would feel like to watch an eruption

Important info
Not wheelchair accessible. Near public transportation. Infants must sit on laps. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. A current valid passport is required on the day of travel. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 25 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
