* Mountain tours are subject to weather conditions, and it cannot be guaranteed that all facilities will be open on arrival. If one activity is closed, alternatives or partial refunds may be offered. However, transportation costs are non-refundable in all cases
* If you choose both the Aiguille du Midi and Mer de Glace options, a Multipass will be issued. This pass gives access to all Compagnie du Mont-Blanc facilities. Once used for any single activity, it is considered fully used and cannot be refunded, even if other activities are closed
* The train ticket includes access to the ice caves and gondola; however, these are not guaranteed. The train may operate while the caves are closed, and no refund applies in this case
* Please note that the official currency in France is the Euro. Swiss francs are generally not accepted in Chamonix
