* The cable car is wheelchair accessible
* The ticket is valid for the whole day but can be used only two times: one time to go up and one time to go down
* In case of bad weather, the ticket is valid up to 5 days after the selected date
* The cable car departs at Col du Pillon and stops at Cabane before arriving at Scex Rouge, the arrival point for the glacier
* The ride up takes 15 minutes
* This activity does not allow more than 100 participants per booking
* Daily opening from 09.00 am to 4.30 pm
* The cable car runs every 20 minutes
* Children (from 16 months up to 5 years): free admission, please get your free ticket at the cash desk
* Infants up to 15 months old are not allowed at Glacier 3000, due to medical reasons
