What To Expect

This is an adventure excursion to the highest vantage point in central Switzerland! A pleasant ride on a comfortable deluxe motor coach takes us to the mountain resort of Engelberg in central Switzerland, where we board the aerial cableway for a 40 minute journey from the green valley to the high alpine glacier region at 3020 m/10000 ft. (This altitude guarantees snow the whole year round.)

Not wheelchair accessible. In the mountains it is often cold even though the sun shines. Warm clothes, sunglasses and a pair of solid shoes are therefore recommended.. Stroller accessible. Near public transportation. Infants must sit on laps. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 60 travelers.
