Pick up instructions:
From Airport: "Once your flight lands, please proceed to Gate 2, where you can wait for your assigned driver.
The driver will contact you via WhatsApp to coordinate the exact meeting point. We recommend you to connect to the airport Wi-Fi network to ensure reception of messages and calls.
In case you receive an international call, we kindly ask you to answer it, as it could be our agency or the driver trying to reach you.
Timer: Important: The waiting time starts from the actual landing time of the flight, regardless of the time indicated on your voucher.
Example: if your voucher states that the flight arrives at 13:00, but the plane lands at 12:40, the 60-minute waiting time will be counted from 12:40.
Baggage Allowance: Each passenger is allowed one suitcase up to 23 kg (as allowed by the airlines) and one backpack or personal item. If you are traveling with additional baggage, please inform us in advance to avoid inconveniences.
