What To Expect
Meet guide in the Tunxi city hotel lobby at 8:30am and start tour to Drive to Yixian County, which is praised as a veritable Garden of Eden on earth and visit the famous village called Hongcun Village (world cultural heritage site, the unique buffalo-shaped village, one of the locations for the Oskar-awarded movie “Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon”). This village preserves old
Huizhou-style houses built in the Ming & Qing Dynasties, characterized by white-washed walls, gray-tiles, horse-head gables and beautiful carvings. Back to Tunxi, the centre of the city. Visit China Huizhou Culture Museum and visit the best-preserved commercial street named the Ancient Street of
Tunxi, built in Ming and Qing Dynasties.
Today we will have lunch for you in the local restaurant.
