Since the 1990s when Central Academy of Fine Arts teachers and students settled here, these villages have maintained their artistic legacy. We'll explore three unique villages today. Our journey includes a morning fabric dyeing workshop in Xiaxishi Village, followed by art exhibitions and studio visits after lunch. We'll end at the vibrant market village, where street performances often surprise visitors. 1. Xiaxishi: Learn traditional fabric dyeing from local artists and create your own piece. 2. Xiayuan Village: Experience rural art through vibrant street murals and gallery exhibitions. 3. Xinzhuang Market: Browse handmade crafts and enjoy street performances in this cultural hub. 4.
