It's not easy to become a vegetarian, and it's even more difficult to stick to the diet while traveling. BUT YOU'RE LUCKY:
Though Colombian gastronomy is full of meat, I will show you traditional flavors that don't push you to sell out your ideals; indeed, most of these have no sense to be tasted with any kind of meat.
Your travels are about to begin; enjoy them and learn from them. Stop struggling and let me help you enjoy Medelln and its flavors.

Not wheelchair accessible. Service animals allowed. Near public transportation. Infant seats available. Most travelers can participate. This experience requires good weather.
