Bogota gastronomic tour

The tour starts at the Market Square "La Perseverancia", where you can feel the typical atmosphere of a traditional Colombian food market. You will also have the opportunity to meet some chefs and taste typical entrees and fruits. The tour continues to La Macarena neighborhood, the bohemian area of the city in the mid-twentieth century. Today, this is an area with a lot of international restaurants and art galleries.Continue your itinerary through the Seventh Race, to enjoy "El Septimazo", where you will find street performers, singers, food, craft cars, theaters, and some of the most emblematic buildings in the area. You will stop at the traditional "Florida Pastry Shop", to taste cakes and a hot drink like Aguapanela or chocolate from Santa Fe.Next, you will visit an artisan ice cream shop to try an exotic Amazonian fruit ice cream. The next stop of the itinerary will be in the historic center, La Candelaria, where you visit a restaurant with Colombian cuisine, where you will taste some recipes from different regions of the country. You will also visit an indigenous store, where you will have the opportunity to try some coca leaf products and talk with an indigenous woman from the Embera people.
