What To Expect
Escape the traffic of Bogotá and hike through lush Andean forests to visit two mighty cascades of water, El Chiflón and La Chorrera, Colombia’s tallest waterfall. Accompanied by an expert guide, drive through the East Hills and then trek through dense countryside to discover a wonderland of natural beauty. After your 3-hour hike of medium to high difficulty, tuck into a hearty traditional meal at a La Candelaria neighborhood. Pick up and drop-off from most hotels included.

Important info
A good shape or fitness is recommended. It is recommended that you wear hiking shoes and bring a change of clothes. Not wheelchair accessible. The recommendation is taking it after two nights from your arrival to Bogotá if you are not used to the height. It is not allowed to swim at La Chorrera.. Some changes on the tour may occur due to external factors. These changes will be notified to you with anticipation.. Depending on the season the waterfall will have more or less water flow.. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. Lunch is included only if the option is selected.. Minimum age is 12 years. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate.
