To transport you, the company will request information such as your ID or passport or personal identification number since we must process the permit before the Ministry of Transportation through our virtual platform. we will ask you for your exact pick-up address and if possible the location; We validate if the vehicle you require can arrive, we require a phone with WhatsApp to contact you once they arrive to pick you up. Once the reservation is generated, before your transfer we provide information to the number that we request (must be by WhatsApp) confirming address, date, time, driver's telephone number, vehicle license plates.
