What To Expect

With the company of a certified instructor, you will learn about the entire transformative process of Coffee, from the raw material to the finished drink.
With state-of-the-art machinery and equipment to have a high-level experience.
You will be able to see the roasting process in a toaster and a GIESEN software.
In passing through the laboratory, using equipment such as ATAGO Refractometers, Hygrometers, JABALITICS colorimeters, Le Nuz de Café, Everpure Filters.
At the bar you will live a unique flavor experience and an extraction process with a SYNESSSO espresso machine, COMPAK and BARATZA grinders, ACAIA bar with grameras, everpure filters, FELOW jugs, among other high-quality elements.

Important info

Not wheelchair accessible. Stroller accessible. Service animals allowed. Near public transportation. Infants must sit on laps. It is a place for the whole family. In case of coming with a baby, keep in mind that they do not participate or pay for the experience (0-6 years).. This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate. Laboratory with a Sample Roaster Machine GIESEN. ATAGO refractometer to measure Coffee TDS. Water filters for the preparation of EVERPURE Coffee. BARATZA FORTÉ filter mills and the TIMEMORE manual mill. In the BUNN Mill laboratory to grind the Coffees from the cuppings and the Coffees from the bar.
