Rio Perdido Adventure Tour

One of Costa Rica's last hidden gems, Rio Perdido translates as the ‘lost river' – but you won't be getting lost with this zipline and tubing adventure in the canyon. And after all those exertions, you'll get to relax in the soothing, sulphuric waters of its hot springs.You'll take on a Tarzan swing, a 30-metre challenge bridge and five ziplines, with a top height of 250 metres. Then, you can lie back as you tube down the river. You won't be alone as brightly coloured birds and monkeys look on from the forest. Keep an eye out for the hot waterspouts along the rock walls, too. After lunch, it's time for another dip, but this time in the mineral-rich waters of the thermal river. The gorge draws its energy from the deep magma flow.
