Pickup Details
"If your pickup is at the airport, you must provide us with your flight number and arrival time so that we can track your flight and adjust the pickup time if necessary. Additionally, after your flight lands, our driver will wait 60 minutes to Make sure you have enough time to go through security, collect your luggage and head to the arrival area. The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it, which will make meeting you easier. In the event that your flight is modified or canceled for any reason, it is important that you inform us of the new date, including the flight number and arrival time, so that we can update the information and be there when you arrive, as we cannot We have a way to know if your flight was changed. If the pickup is from a hotel the day before the service, you must provide us with the exact address and room number, so that our driver can look for you at the reception by name and room number. Please note that if for any reason you are late at your departure time, our driver will wait for you for 20 minutes after the scheduled time, but if you need more time, an additional waiting time charge will apply."
