What To Expect
Discover nature at its best, our property boasts spectacular views of Herradura Bay and Island and the Nicoya Gulf. Within the property, if you are lucky you might have the possibility to see scarlet macaws, chestnut mandible toucans, and white-faced monkeys in their natural environment.
The Trail is 2.8km long and has more than 400 mts elevation from sea level and about 400 stairs, so please take into account that if you choose to complete the hike, the difficulty level is high.
Along the way you will find several rest stops with comfortable benches, we also have more than 20 stops along the way with signs of the most relevant trees and plants in the forest, this way you can read and learn about these natural wonders. Important info
Not recommended for travelers with back problems. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Service animals allowed. Near public transportation. Not wheelchair accessible. Travelers should have a strong physical fitness level. The difficulty level for the hiking is High. You might run in to wild like including snakes. If you wnat to make it to the top, you will have to climb about 400 steps. This is a self guided hiking trail in the rainforest. What To Bring: comfortable clothes, sunscreen, insect repellent, tennis shoes, sunglasses and camera.. Not recommended for people with difficulty to climb stairs. This is a self guided tour and not recommended for people with any health restriction. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
