This white water kayak trip (class I and II) gives beginners and advanced the opportunity to gain experience and paddle a new river. This trip is not a kayak clinic, but is a wonderful opportunity to practice your kayaking techniques under the guidance of a qualified instructor in a calm section of the river.
The tour lasts about 4 hours in total and is great for passengers who are willing to paddle and follow instructions of the guide.
Not wheelchair accessible. Near public transportation. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Most travelers can participate. Minimum age is 16 years. May be operated by a multi-lingual guide. You will be required to sign a waiver upon tour check-in. Recommend you bring: Sunscreen, string or strap to secure your glasses, clothes to change into after the tour. Recommend you wear: Swimsuit, Shorts or long pants (for sun protection only - no jeans), tennis shoes or sandals with ankle straps (no flip flops), light rain jacket and/or polypropylene, wool shirts for cool or rainy days. Cotton T-shirts for sunny days only (they make you colder when wet). A minimum of 2 adults per booking is required. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 8 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
