Know in advance:
- The EasyCityPass is valid for one adult and up to three children (age 6-14). In case you bring more than three children, for each additional child (age 6-14) it is necessary to book an own EasyCityPass
- Children (age 0-5) can join for free
- Vouchers must be exchanged in advance at the DB Travel Centers (S-Bahn counter only!) at Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Friedrichstraße or Ostbahnhof
- You can't exchange your voucher at Berlin airport, but the tickets for area ABC can be sent by email by the activity provider. You'll find their contact information in your voucher after booking
- Note, after receiving tickets sent by email - cancellation is no longer possible
- Opening hours of the travel centers: Berlin Alexanderplatz: Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 8.00pm; Saturday, Sunday, holiday: 9.00am-6.30pm; Berlin Hauptbahnhof: Monday - Saturday: 7.00am - 10.00pm; Sunday, holiday: 8.00am - 10.00pm; Berlin Friedrichstraße: Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 8.00pm; Saturday, Sunday, holiday: 9.00am - 6.30pm; Berlin Ostbahnhof: Monday - Friday: 8.0am - 8.00 pm; Saturday, Sunday, Holiday: 9.00am - 6.30pm
- You can choose between the tariff zones AB (Berlin) or ABC (in addition to Berlin, the Berlin suburbs, Potsdam and BER Airport)
- An identity card or passport is required to pick up the tickets
- The following means of transport can be used with the EasyCityPass Berlin: Suburban train, subway, bus, streetcar and regional train (except special lines)
- The ticket must be stamped for validation before the start of the journey
- Tickets are not transferable
- Strollers, luggage and one dog can be taken free of charge
