"The medieval capital of Germany", one of the most beautiful cities in the country, was among the great protagonists of the 20th century for having hosted the famous "Nuremberg trials".
We'll talk about all this and much more on our essential train excursion from Munich.
We will start at 8:30 a.m. at the central station, from where we will travel to Nuremberg. There will begin our visit (of about 2.5 hours), in which we will review the fundamental milestones of the city: from its foundation to its situation as the unofficial capital of the Holy Roman-Germanic Empire or its dark past during Nazism.
We will see the Old City, the Church of San Lorenzo, the Museum Bridge over the Pegnitz River, the Central Market Square and the Church of Our Lady, among other emblematic places.
We will also talk about the Nuremberg Trials, one of the most famous judicial processes in the history of the 20th century.
After the tour, some free time will be left before heading back to Munich.
