In this pasta cooking class, you will prepare pasta dough and sophisticated sauces.The variety of pasta types in Italy is large: Anelli, Bavette, Creste di Gallo, Farfalle, Garganelli, Gnochetti, Lasagnette, Macheron, Orecchiette, Pappardelle, Pasta Integrale, Ricciolo, Sedanini, Strozzapreti, Tortiglioni ... One of the secrets of the perfect pasta is to choose the right type of pasta to go with the sauce. You will taste the difference.In the pasta cooking class, you will make homemade pasta dough and pasta varieties together. In addition, you will cook different sauces and pestos and then enjoy a delicious pasta buffet together!
