- You don't have to choose a time or date yet. Your ticket is valid within a year from the date of purchase
- Ship departures during summer (01 March - 31 October)
- Monday to Thursday: from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm every 30 minutes
- Friday to Saturday: from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm every 15-30 minutes
- Ship departures during winter-time (01 November - 28 February)
- Monday to Friday: from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm every 30-45 minutes
- Saturdays and Sundays: from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm every 30 minutes
- On 24.12. (Christmas Eve) the last round trip takes place at 14:00
- Live commentaries are in German. English audio guide commentaries can be accessed through the Rainer Abicht app on your mobile phone. (You have to download the app before and get the access code on site.)
- For the audio guide in English: before undertaking the cruise, you'll have to download on your phone the free Rainer Abicht app. (Open Google Play Store and search for "Rainer Abicht Audio Guide Hamburg" then click on the green "Install" button. It is recommendable to do this some days in advance taking time and having a stable internet connection.) On-site, before the start of the cruise, you will then get from the tour operator the code you need to access the audio guide commentaries
- Tours to the Speicherstadt (warehouse district) are dependent on the water levels. It is not possible to cruise through the narrow waterways during high and low water levels
