What To Expect

This trip is a sweet deal in every sense – you'll get to taste and make your own chocolate in a pretty riverside spot. Bad Honnef, a spa town just downriver from better-known Bonn, is known for its mineral springs and close-to-the-mountains setting. You'll head to a local chocolatier, where you'll get a guided tour of the workshop. This place specialises in natural ingredients, and you'll get to try some of the signature bars in a tasting session. Afterwards, it's your turn to get inventive, as you make your own bar to take away. There's a scenic trip back to Bonn at the end of the tour.
