Thousands of humpback whales, also called Yubartas, come from mid-January at the end of March to the warm waters of Samaná Bay, to the north of the country, to mate or have their offspring. It is the occasion to be able to advise these wonderful creatures in their natural habitat and enjoy a unique tourist attraction in the Caribbean.
On this tour of Punta Cana traveled to the Bay of Samana where you can green the songs, toy and fluttering of the humpback whales.
You can eat a delicious lunch at the famous Ilote of the Bay of Samana El Cayo raised and enjoy its beautiful beach and sand.
Not wheelchair accessible. Infants must sit on laps. Most travelers can participate. This experience requires good weather.
