What To Expect

This tour is a perfect combination of history and nature, not only you'll enjoy an interesting archeological tour, but also the landscapes and the presence of native wildlife.First, you'll enjoy a panoramic trip to Ingapirca, 80km from Cuenca. Then, you'll explore Ingapirca and learn about the history of the Cañari and Inca civilizations, their differences, and the mark they left on each building and ruins.You'll also admire the Temple of the Sun, the most prominent building that remains on this site, and the only elliptical Incan temple in the whole of South America. Finally, you'll visit the museum located next to the ruins before starting your way back to Cuenca.
