Not wheelchair accessible. Near public transportation. Infants must sit on laps. Infant seats available. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Most travelers can participate. The children under 6 years are not allowed to fly, they can be waiting for you in the ground support van and crew following your balloon.. Passport copies are required before the travel date.. Camera is not allowed in the balloon trip, you can use your cellphone to take pictures.. Pregnant woman is not allowed for the Hot Air Balloon trip. Child less than 6 years old is not allowed for the balloon trip.. If the Hot Air Balloon trip has been cancelled due to bad weather you will be refunded with 60$ USD per adult and 40$ USD per child.. Other languages are available with extra charge upon your request. You will need to pay the entrance fees to the sightseeing by card. A current valid passport is required on the day of travel. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers.
