Visit the Historic Center of the city of Almeria starting with the Purchena Gate, one of the oldest entrances to the City. You will walk the old streets discovering the history of the Civil War Shelters, the Arab Cisterns, the Old Square, the old Muslim medina and its founder, Jairán; the Cathedral-fortress neighborhood, Plaza Bendicho and the bust to Celia Viñas, not forgetting the Sanctuary of the Virgen del Mar, the School of Arts and Crafts and the Cervantes Theater. The Doña Pakyta House-Museum and the Nicolás Salmerón Park will be the prelude to the emblematic English Cable, where we will end our tour explaining one of the best iron engineering works in the city.
