Sunset Playa Mujeres or Volcan del Cuervo Connect&flow Yoga practice

Playa Mujeres: We will visit los Ajaches nature reserve, a protected area that has helped to preserve this area. Costa de Papagayo is made up of seven wonderful beaches. Volcan del Cuervo: a short trek inside the Timanfaya National Park that will lead us to the Volcán del Cuervo gorge, showing us not only the imposing and high external walls, but also its interior from which a time, liters and liters of lava emerged every second. We will have the chance to practice a special Yoga class because of a mixture of professional experiences: Hatha & Yin Yoga. The lesson will be accompanied by one of the most fascinating and emotionally powerful natural phenomena, it will in fact be the sunset to paint this experience revealing the immense power of nature.
