* Certain height and weight restrictions apply to Siam Park rides, check the information signs before getting on
* VIP cabaña ticket option has a capacity of 4 people. There are only 3 private Cabañas in the park
* VIP house ticket option is for up to 6 people. For both VIP Cabaña and VIP House, a maximum extra of 2 people can be added by purchasing the separate experience called "Siam Park all-inclusive entrance tickets"
* VIP villa ticket option is for up to 8 people. It has a maximum capacity of 15 people so up to 7 extra people can be added by purchasing the separate experience called "Siam Park all-inclusive entrance tickets"
* A refundable deposit for the locker key is required when you are at Siam Park
* Receive a 100% refund only if you cancel up to 32 days before the experience begins. If you cancel up to 31 days before, you can still receive a 50% refund. Not refundable a week before or any sooner than the date booked
* Tickets have a 1-year validity from the service date, so in case of a date change, the customer does not need to get in touch with the local operator
* From 07 January 2024 to 03 March 2024 inclusive, the complete Siam Beach area: Siam Beach, The Wave Palace (wave pool), Beach Club Restaurant, Sweet Siam and the Beach Bar will be closed for maintenance. All other areas and attractions of the park are not affected and will remain open for visitors
