The visit is made with a very prepared guide and with an Official Guide card from the Canary Islands government. In addition, the excursion is for a maximum of 18 people, which becomes something very exclusive. Traveler pickup is offered
The day before the excursion, we will contact you by phone to coordinate the meeting place and time for the pick-up service.

If we do not get any response, we will not carry out the pick-up service and on the day of the excursion, you must be at 9 am at Fred Olsen's office in Los Cristianos port to meet the tour guide.

If the reservation is made during the 24 hours prior to the excursion, the pick-up service will not be carried out, so on the day of the excursion you must be at Fred Olsen's office in the port of Los Cristianos at 9 in the morning to meet with the tour guide.

If you do not present your identity document to board, no amount of money will be refunded.
