Not allowed: * Children under 6 years old and people with reduced mobility are not allowed to access the towers for safety reasons Know in advance: * Depending on the day, you will either enter the Passion tower or the Nativity tower. The venue decides spontaneously which tower will be open; this is not at the discretion of the local operator * Access to the tower is based on availability: when the weather is bad (wind, rain) or there are big events in the city, the towers get closed for security reasons. The local operator doesn't know this until a couple of days before * The Small Group option is limited to a maximum of 10 participants * Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times * Keep in mind that there are queues to access due to security checks Remember to bring: * IDs for the whole family may be required, including children's IDs, so please bring them with you
