Santiago Cathedral and Museum in Spanish

+5 photos
Travel back in time and discover the history and art of the Cathedral of Santiago through its best artistic pieces.
We will see the result of the Restoration of the Choir of Master Mateo.
We will visit the Chapter Library where we can admire one of the best copies of its bibliographic collection, the Calixtino Codex; and where the iconic Botafumeiro is also exhibited. From the Museum's Balcony you will enjoy the exclusive views it offers to the Plaza del Obradoiro, reserved throughout history, only for canons and archbishops.
In the Cathedral Cloister we will delight ourselves with one of the most evocative architectural styles: the Plateresque.
And to finish the Museum, we will see the Chapel of the Relics and the Royal Pantheon, from where we will access, without queues, the interior of the Cathedral.
Our guides will accompany you throughout its naves and chapels so that you do not miss any of its secrets!
